¿Quién Tiene La Razón? (in Spanish, Who's Right?) is a Latin American talk show hosted by Dr. Nancy Alvarez. The show started in 2003 and is produced by Venevision International Productions transmitted by Univision in the US.
During the show several families or couples present some sort of conflict or disagreeing situation, looking for counsel from Alvarez. The show features a panel of three observers (known as "Los Archis", an informal Spanish term for "The Advocates") who present their opinions on each subject. The audience can also comment during the show.
At the end of each segment, the "Archis" present their verdict on the case, followed by the audience doing the same. Alvarez then concludes with her opinion and final advice to the conflicting participants.
At one point, Alvarez also address questions from the audience.
