Aayirathil Oruvan is an upcoming (2008) film directed by Selvaraghavan, who has already directed the movies Kadhal Kondein, 7G Rainbow Colony and Pudhupettai. Karthik Sivakumar , son of Sivakumar gets the lead role in the film, pairing with Reema Sen. Parthiban acts in a guest role as does Andrea Jeremiah. The story and screen play are penned by the director himself. The music section is scored by G. V. Prakash Kumar, who has replaced Yuvan Shankar Raja in the midst of the film.
