Alex William Costa e Silva or simply Alex (born 18 March 1988 in Piquete, São Paulo) is a Brazilian Attacking Midfielder. He currently plays for Santos Futebol Clube.

Made professional debut for Santos in the São Paulo State Championship against Bragantino on January 27, 2008.[1]
