Beethoven Lives Upstairs is a 1992 film by David Devine. It stars Neil Munro, Illya Woloshyn, Fiona Reid, Paul Soles, Albert Schultz, and Sheila McCarthy. It tells the story of how a young boy has Beethoven move upstairs in his house. He hates it at first, but when he starts to know him better, he befriends the deaf composer.
