Beethoven Lives Upstairs is a 1992 film by David Devine. It stars Neil Munro, Illya Woloshyn, Fiona Reid, Paul Soles, Albert Schultz, and Sheila McCarthy. It tells the story of how a young boy has Beethoven move upstairs in his house. He hates it at first, but when he starts to know him better, he befriends the deaf composer. The film was based on a recording written and directed by Barbara Nichol
