Bherulal Balani is a Pakistani politician. He was elected as MPA, Sindh in 1997 elections. He was also appointed as Parliament Secretary for Power & Irrigation Department by then Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif. Bherulal Balani is belong to the middle class of Tharparkar. He's a leader of the Scheduled Caste Federation of Pakistan.
