Bob Blumer is the host of Food Network's The Surreal Gourmet and Glutton for Punishment. He is also a cook book author and illustrator.

On July 10, 2008, Blumer set a world record by flipping 559 pancakes in 1 hour at the Calgary Stampede.[1]

Blumer was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, but now calls Los Angeles, California his home.
