Buniyaad (Hindi: बुनियाद literally Foundation) was an Indian Teleserial directed by Ramesh Sippy and Jyoti Sarup. The series was written by Manohar Shyam Joshi and dealt with the Partition of India in 1947 and its aftermath. Buniyaad was first aired on the Indian state television channel Doordarshan in 1986. It has since been re-aired a number of times on various new Indian private television channels. The serial was anchored by Dadamuni Ashok Kumar and was famous for various prose recited by him.

Lajoji ne khaya badaam, usme se nikla Haveliram , Haveliram ne kholi almaari, usme se nikli Veeravaali, Veeravaali ne khaya paan, usme se nikla Vrishbhaan
लाजोजी ने खाया बदाम, उसमे से निकला हवेलीराम, हवेलीराम ने खोली अलमारी, उसमे से निकली वीरावाली, वीरावाली ने खाया पान , उसमे से निकला वृषभान
