The Chinese Century (simplified Chinese: 中国世纪) is a neologism claiming that the 21st century will be dominated by the People's Republic of China. It is used particularly in the assertion that the economy of the People's Republic of China will overtake the economy of the United States as the world's largest economy.^[1] ^[2]
