School Song

Jesu Marie's our pride
Jesu Marie
We'll hold our banner high
And keep her honour bright
Until we die.
For we're J.M.'s to the core
We're J.M.'s true
So let's cheer rings out free
Long live , long live, long live Jesu Marie.

The earlier school song was:

Praised be forever Jesus and Mary
Oh hymn of triumph glorious hymn
Lead on we follow wherever you may call us
Our mighty chant to heaven and victory soars

House System

CJM follows a house system in which students are divided into four groups or houses.

The houses are:

  • Endurance (Green)
  • Endeavour (Blue)
  • Encounter (Red)
  • Enterprise (Yellow)

These groups have their own captains and compete with each other in academic and extra-curricular activities. However, since students may be assigned to different houses each year, longstanding loyalties to the house are not usual.
