Oatley is an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of New South Wales, currently held by the former member for Georges River, Kevin Greene.

Oatley is named after and including the Sydney suburb of Oatley. The 2004 redistribution of electoral districts estimated that the electoral district would have 49,240 electors on 29 April 2007.[1]

History

Oatley was first created in 1927, with the break up of the multi-member St George. In 1930, it was abolished and largely replaced by Kogarah. It was recreated for the 2007 election largely replacing the abolished district of Georges River.
