Worked in Sunrise UK, Sunrise Mauritius and WLR West London Radio before joining the BBC Asian Network at the turn of 2000.

Presented a one off special Millennium Night Special programme on the BBC Asian Network, officially joining on January 2000 presenting the Breakfast Programme from 06:00 to 09:00 on weekdays until 21 April 2006 when under schedule changes it was replaced by the Sonia Deol show, from 15 May 2006 he started on a new show called Salaam Namaste UK which is a Hindi\Urdu programme running on weekdays from 19:00 to 20:00 on weekdays.
