Plot

Three bachelors, Arush (Akshay Kumar), Tanmay (Ritesh Deshmukh) and Ali; Al (Fardeen Khan) are enjoying life in Australia, Sydney by flirting, talking to girls every night, never having a serious relationship.

But, one morning they find a dimply, happy, joyous baby girl at their doorstep with a note saying "You rascals! Scoundrels! Take care of your daughter!". Arush, Tanmay and Al are however shocked to see where this little bundle of joy had come from, smiling hopefully at them...

After a while, they decide to look for the baby's biological mother, so they can find out who the biological father is among them three. So, they make a list of all the girls they had been with the previous year, and ask them if they had a baby together, but instead the three get thrashed and beaten by all the girls when they ask them...

After disastrous results of finding the baby's mother, later on that night, the baby keeps crying all night, preventing the three to sleep. The next day, incidents take place, because the three have not been able to have enough sleep, the previous night; due to the baby girl.

Tanmay and Arush lose their jobs, and Al loses 30,000 dollars on a cricket match whilst gambling. Later on, the three tell each other what had happened with them, and badmouth the baby, by calling her jinxed and hold her responsible for everything... So they leave her at the doors of the church, that night and they go to a Christmas Eve party afterwards. But then it began to rain very heavily, so they rush back to the church to see if the baby was still there in the rain, worried. When they reach there, they find the baby in the dark, unconscious and not breathing.

So they take her to the hospital quickly, and the doctor tells them that, her lungs are filled with water and she might not be able to survive the night. The three feel guilty and blame themselves for leaving the baby alone in the night in the first place. So they stay the whole night at the hospital, while Al prays for her at the temple all night as well. The next morning, on Christmas Day the doctor tells them that a miracle has happened and the baby girl has survived. The three go to meet her and vow to always protect her and love her.

Soon the three, are transformed from hot dudes to caring fathers and name the baby girl "Angel" (fairy in Hindi). Then, later on Arush finds out that Angel is his daughter from a previous relationship with a girl named Eesha.

Eesha was told that she had given birth to a dead baby boy. But then found out that Arush has their daughter, so she goes to get Angel back from her to seek revenge from him and takes her away from him, while Tanmay and Al are on dates. When they come back, Arush tells them about Eesha and how she took Angel away from him earlier. Tanmay and Al start to miss Angel including Arush especially learning that Angel was his daughter...

Then Arush bumps into Eesha one day and tells her, he loves her still. But Eesha doesn't believe him and tells him that she is going to another country with Angel, later on... Arush tells Tanmay and Al what happened, and the three of them are all heartbroken... They still have a ray of hope, though, to get Angel back and even go to the airport that they she and her mother are leaving on. There Eesha gets back with Arush and Angel. Angel says her first word....... "da da" (daddy, which arush, tanmay and al were getting angel to say instead of daddy...)
