Summary

This is an image of George Curzon (1859-1925). He is seen in this photo in his robes as Viceroy of India, a post he held from 1899-1905. It is a logical step to assume this image is in the public domain. Its author is unknown (most likely an employee of the British Empire, and most likely long dead). Since Curzon died in 1925, the work is very likely in the public domain.
