Jay Cassidy is an American film editor with more than 30 credits since 1978.[1] He was nominated for the Academy Award for Film Editing and for an ACE Eddie Award for Into the Wild (2007). He won the Eddie for Best Documentary Editing for An Inconvenient Truth (2006).

Cassidy has been elected to membership in the American Cinema Editors.[2]
