Kulachi Hansraj Model School was established in 1972 by the late Shri Darbari Lal. It is a D.A.V. (Dayanand Anglo Vedic) school which educates students from kindergarten to senior secondary school grades.

The school originally began in the 1970s with just 60 students and four teachers in two classrooms. As of 2005, the school now enrolls 7500 students annually across four campuses.

The school's motto is "to strive, to seek, to find and not to yield". Its an ISO 9001 : 2000 certified school.

Kulachi has two wings across ashok vihar.
