Punjab or Panjab, derived from the medieval Persian language meaning the land of five ("Panj") rivers ("aab"), may refer to:

Geographical regions

• Punjab region, an area of South Asia spanning from eastern Pakistan to north-western India
• Khalistan, a proposed in mid-way nation in the region.
