Rattan Bai (Marathi: रत्तन बाई) (born July 15) is a Bollywood actress and the mother of Shobhna Samarth. She married banker P S Shilotri. She is the greatgrandmother of Kajol and Tanisha and actor Mohnish Behl and grandmother of Nutan and Tanuja. Her niece is actress Nalini Jaywant. She acted in 11 movies and made her debut with Yehudi ki ladki opposite K.L.Saigal. Her last film was Dharm.[1] (see Mukherjee-Samarth family (film))
