Sahu Jain is an important industrial family of India. They own the Times Group. They are of Agrawal Jain community[1]. Sahu Jains hail from a small town of Najibabad, Bijnor district, Uttar Pradesh, India[2].

The leading members of the Sahu Jain family, who have served as leaders of the Jain community and the business community in India at different times, include: Rai Bahadur Jagmandar Das Jain, Sahu Shanti Prasad Jain, Sahu Shreyans Prasad Jain, Sahu Ashok Kumar Jain, Sahu Ramesh Chandra Jain, Sahu Shital Prasad Jain, Sahu Sameer Jain, Sahu Vineet Jain and Smt Indu Jain.

The Jnanpith Awards, India's highest literary honour, are given by the Bharatiya Jnanpith organization founded by them. The group has also founded a few other awards that are India's highest honours in the field of fashion, movies and business, namely the Miss India title, Filmfare Awards (movies) and the Economic Times Awards for Corporate Excellence.
