Shailendra Singh Completed his Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1993-94 and after finishing his this diploma he started a company with Sameer Goswami and Asit Jain.
In 1997 Asit Jain left the company and moved to Bhopal there he founded another company Optimux
In 1999 he got married with Nivedita Singh. This pair have a son Abhijeet Singh who born in 2000.

In 2001 he with Sameer Goswami (Civil Engineer),surveyed & planned a Dam Project for Global Village in Bhavanipura Khajuraho M.P. India to help people struggling with water crisis.
