Tsukumi (津久見市 Tsukumi-shi?) is a city located in Ōita Prefecture, Japan.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 22,336 and the density of 281.38 persons per km². The total area is 79.38 km².

The city was founded on April 1, 1951.
