O Preço da Coragem (título original: A Mighty Heart) é um filme de 2007. Trata-se da adaptação para o cinema da obra homônima de Mariane Pearl, viúva do jornalista Daniel Pearl[1][2].

O filme narra toda a história do seqüestro do jornalista Daniel Pearl, do Wall Street Journal[4], ocorrido em 2002.

Pearl foi seqüestrado e decapitado em Karachi por terroristas ligados a Omar Sheikh, que assumiu a responsabilidade pelo crime, tendo sido capturado em seguida. O filme também cobre os esforços do Departamento de Justiça norte-americano na busca pelos seqüestradores.
